Down at the Mayfair Diner...

Look who we saw...

Governor Rendell, Mayor Nutter, Chelsea and Hillary Clinton. Frankford Ave was more of a zoo than usual!

Looks like you were close to the action.

Oh, by the way, can you play the songs on the player at the bottom of this page?

Anything that should be on the playlist?

WOW! You guys were up close and personal. Looks like the Flyers won the Stanley Cup. Good to know that Mayfair is still as crazy as always.
Kerry and i are on our way to the National Constitution Center with her class. That was where the debate was early in the week. I have not been down Independence Mall in quite sometime. The kids cannot wait to see the Liberty Bell. I will take pictures and send them to the blog.

We were pretty close - we didn't even know that she was supposed to be there until after 6:00, and she was scheduled to show around 8. We figured, what the heck - it's a nice night for a walk... and they were actually encouraging people to get closer!

Dan - COOL playlist! I didn't know you could do that. You are the official DJ of the family blog! I will think of some other tunes to add - right now I am listening to The Alley Cat, and trying to recall all the steps! :)

How about "Mama don't Let Your Babies Grow up to Be Cowboys", "Annie's Song", don't forget "Honey" and of course the 4 Tops "Bernadette"!

They didn't come through to me, but there are a lot of great oldies. Keep them coming.
